Blue Mug was founded in 1999 by a group of 10 professionals who were
dedicated to the prospect of continuing to work together to deliver
quality software. Our founders have worked together for over 10 years,
building operating systems, applications, and tools for next
generation mobile devices. By forming this uniquely experienced
company, we have been able to do the best work of our careers, and
have fun doing it.
Our purpose is to build a successful, lasting company that provides
leadership in software and services for the mobile device market. We
are employee owned, self-funded, and have been profitable since our
founding. In the last two years we have doubled in size, while still
maintaining the small group atmosphere we prize so highly.
Blue Mug closed in 2003.
